## 개요
Panther는 서비스와 소프트웨어의 개발에 제3자 소프트웨어와 서비스(플러그인 및 확장 프로그램 포함)를 활용합니다. 특정 제3자 소프트웨어 사용에 적용되는 일부 제3자 약관은 아래의 [제3자 소프트웨어 라이선스](#third-party-software-licenses).
Panther에는 또한 [인공지능(AI)을 사용하는 기능이](/ko/ai.md). 이러한 기능은 다음의 적용을 받습니다 [AI 고지 사항](#ai-disclaimer), 아래에서.

## AI 고지 사항
Panther의 AI 기능은 현재 제3자 공급업체를 통해 제공됩니다. 이러한 기능을 사용하는 경우, AI 생성 콘텐츠와 관련된 제3자 공급업체의 약관 및 조건에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. 해당 약관에 동의하지 않으시면 이러한 기능을 사용하지 마세요.
AI 생성 콘텐츠에는 서비스 사용에 부정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는 오류, 누락, 부정확한 내용, 잘못된 진술 및 오래된 정보가 포함될 수 있습니다. 또한, 지식이 풍부한 사람이 제공할 수 있는 수준의 깊이와 정확성이 부족할 수도 있습니다. 따라서 당사는 AI 생성 콘텐츠의 정확성을 보장할 수 없습니다.
AI 기능은 어떠한 보증이나 진술 없이 "있는 그대로(AS IS)" 제공됩니다. Panther는 AI 사용과 관련된 모든 책임을 부인합니다. 당사는 이러한 AI 생성 콘텐츠를 신뢰하여 발생하는 어떠한 결과에 대해서도 책임지지 않습니다. 자동화된 정보를 신뢰하거나 AI 생성 콘텐츠를 기반으로 결정을 내리기 전에 항상 적절한 주의를 기울이고 전문가와 상담해야 합니다.
