# 알림 및 오류

## 개요

콘솔 내 알림은 Panther 인스턴스의 성능에 대한 정보를 제공합니다. 다음을 [수신하려는 알림 유형을](#setting-notification-preferences) 구성할 수 있습니다. 알림 유형은 다음과 같습니다:

* [시스템 알림](#system-notifications)
* [시스템 오류](#system-errors)
* [디택션 알림](#detection-notifications)
* [기타](#other)

Panther의 알림은 사용자별로 개별적이므로, 한 사용자가 특정 알림을 읽음으로 표시해도 같은 Panther 인스턴스의 다른 사용자에게는 해당 알림의 읽음/읽지 않음 상태에 영향을 주지 않습니다.

만약 [로그 유형별 RBAC](/ko/system-configuration/rbac.md#rbac-per-log-type-1) 특정 역할의 보기를 제한하는 데 *경고* 특정 로그 유형과 관련된 *알림을* 볼 수 없도록 했더라도, 해당 역할의 사용자는 여전히

### 알림 보기

알림 목록을 보려면 Panther Console 오른쪽 상단 모서리의 종 아이콘을 클릭하세요:

## 알림 유형

### 시스템 오류

System Errors는 Panther 플랫폼의 일부가 예상대로 작동하지 않을 때 알러트해 줍니다. 또한 System Errors를 수신하도록 구성된 대상에는 앱 내 알림으로 전송되는 것 외에 알러트로도 전송됩니다.

### 시스템 알림

System Notifications는 System Errors와 달리 앱 내 알림으로만 전송됩니다.

System Notifications에는 다음이 포함됩니다:

* **수집 용량 한도**: 이번 달 데이터 수집 한도에 가까워지면 알려줍니다
* **Panther가 소스의 로그 재분류를 완료함**: 이전에 분류에 실패했던 데이터가 성공적으로 파싱되었을 때 알려줍니다.\\\\

### 디택션 알림

디택션 알림은 System Errors와 달리 앱 내 알림으로만 전송됩니다.

이러한 알림에는 디택션 콘텐츠의 비동기 처리 정보가 포함되어 있어 백그라운드 프로세스에 대한 더 많은 인사이트를 제공합니다.

현재 디택션 알림의 유일한 유형은 [디택션 팩](/ko/detections/panther-managed/packs.md) 업데이트 성공 및 오류입니다. ([디택션 오류](/ko/alerts.md#overview),를 포함하여 [룰 및 예약된 룰 오류](/ko/detections/rules.md#rule-errors-and-scheduled-rule-errors),  *이 아니라* 디택션 알림을 생성합니다.)

### 기타

위의 세 가지 알림 유형 중 하나에 해당하지 않는 추가적인 임시 앱 내 알림이 있습니다:

* **CSV 다운로드 준비 완료**: 1000행이 넘는 Search 결과 집합에서 CSV를 생성할 때 만들어집니다. 자세한 내용은 [검색 공유](/ko/search/search-tool.md#sharing-a-search).\\\\

## 알림 기본 설정

수신할 알림 유형을 구성하려면:

1. Panther Console 오른쪽 상단에서 종 아이콘을 클릭하여 **알림** 슬라이드아웃 패널을 엽니다.
2. 알림 패널 오른쪽 상단에서 설정 아이콘을 클릭하세요 <img src="/files/1bfbfbc01d7751a0950e18f69b246ed72eb364ee" alt="A settings panel icon" data-size="line">.
3. 각 알림 유형 타일의 오른쪽에서 토글을 클릭하세요 `켜짐` 또는 `OFF`.\\\\

## 알림 관리

알림을 개별적으로 또는 일괄로 보관하거나 읽음으로 표시합니다.

### 알림 보관

단일 알림을 보관하려면:

1. 다음을 엽니다 **알림** 슬라이드아웃 패널.  **받은 편지함** 탭이 표시됩니다.

### 알림을 읽음으로 표시

단일 알림을 읽음으로 표시하려면:

1. 다음을 엽니다 **알림** 슬라이드아웃 패널.  **받은 편지함** 탭이 표시됩니다.
